The Humane Society of Chattanooga, Tennessee is looking for a veterinarian with a passion for making the world a better place. Our modern surgical and medical facility and trained staff make it possible for you to help homeless animals find their forever homes. Responsibilities include surgery, shelter and foster pet medicine, health certificates, vaccination clinics and managing the clinic and our medical team.  Flexible hours and the pay is commensurate with experience but will be competitive with private practice. In addition, we are Public Service Loan Forgiveness eligible. About Humane Society of Chattanooga, Tennessee

Located just a few minutes from downtown in a facility that opened in 2020, The Humane Educational Society of Chattanooga, Tennessee is a private, non-profit established in 1910 to alleviate animal suffering and homelessness. We currently provide animal control and sheltering for the unincorporated portions of Hamilton County and several smaller municipalities. With a staff of 45 and hundreds of volunteers and fosters, we admit a little over 3,000 animals a year and maintain a 93% live release rate.
