We are currently seeking a motivated & experienced Full- Time Large Animal/ Equine Veterinarian for our award winning hospital in Quakertown PA to continue to grow our services and assist in general ambulatory work. We strive to provide a collaborative, enjoyable environment. Mentorship is readily provided, and individual interests and goals are encouraged.
We are looking for someone who comes to us with integrity, skills, curiosity, and a sincere desire to contribute to our team with new ideas. We are equally passionate about developing new areas of expertise, staying on the cutting edge of standards of care, and continuing education.
Maintain appropriate stock, organization, and cleanliness of work vehicle.
Practice veterinary medicine to its highest standard.
Foster a relationship of professionalism with our clients and referring veterinarians by providing education and services with integrity, passion, and dedication.
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university.
Licensure in good standing to practice in the state of Pennsylvania
Professional demeanor and appearance, with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, friendly attitude.
The ability to make decisions and communicate clearly and effectively with fellow team members.
Respect for and willingness to work with clients and patients.
Compassionate team player who can uphold our outstanding reputation with clients.
A commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine, upholding the veterinary code of ethics.
We are an AAHA accredited hospital with general practice availability for our clients Monday to Saturday, full 24 -hour staffing for emergency and in-patient care also providing consultations with specialists in surgery, cardiology ophthalmology, oncology and behavior. Our facility offers ultrasound, endoscopy, digital standard radiograph, full in-house laboratory and separate dental and surgical suites; as well as separate canine, feline and ICU treatment wards. We also have a dedicated experienced support staff to make your job as efficient and easy as possible.
