What we are:

· AAHA accredited Fear Free Facility.

· Busy 4 doctor practice.

· Great technician and doctor relationship with many technicians being CVTs.

· Offer many services including preventative care, surgery (including minimally invasive surgical techniques), dentistry, physical therapy, and many more.

What we are looking for:

· Full-time Veterinarian.

· Strong Communicator.

· Proficiency in Medicine & General Surgery and experience with physical therapy and acupuncture is preferred but not required.

VIP Program: Veterinary Incentive Plan

The industry-first program called the Veterinarian Incentive Plan allows current doctors and those who become a part of the Pathway team to elect to participate in the new bonus structure, which is based on tenure and company performance. General practice veterinarians can earn up to $225,000, One-third of the total VIP award is based on each doctor's tenure and the other two-thirds is based on company performance.

The program is eligible for current and new doctors who provide veterinary care at Pathway veterinary hospital locations and includes general practice, specialty, and emergency doctors. This includes both part-time and full-time doctors.
