Paws & Co Clinic is looking for a part-time doctor (with option to become full-time as we continue to grow) to join our team. We are a wellness clinic, a model not for everyone, but, if you enjoy surgery and wellness appointments, are a stay at home parent ready to get your feet a little wet again, a new grad looking for surgery experience, or a seasoned doctor ready to pull back some, we are perfect for you!

Paws & Co is located in beautiful Green Bay, WI, home of Lambeau Field and the Packers. Just minutes away from: stunning Door County and all it’s attractions, Lake Michigan, miles of biking, hiking, snowmobile trails, and countless inland lakes & public recreational land. Little big city with fine dining and night life down town with the country and recreation literally just minutes away.  

We are extremely popular/busy and ready to add to our team.  We recently finished our remodel/expansion project and doubled our clinic space. Our model provides you the ability to do numerous surgeries and see patients each day without all the time consuming and long hours associated with follow-up and lengthy records. The ideal candidate loves and is quite proficient in routine surgeries (spays/neuters) and has great communication skills as well as the ability to work well in a relaxed but fast paced environment. No weekends and no emergency/on-call duty, all after-hours emergencies are referred to our local animal ER. We do offer benefits for our part-time doctors that are scaled based on number of shifts, benefits include: CE & license allowance, VIN membership, vacation, health insurance stipend, and retirement plan.
