Seeking experienced doctor to join our team of high quality Veterinary Care providers. Dr. Cleveland, Washington State University class of 1990, is the sole owner of the clinic and has built a fantastic reputation in the community for excellent pet care, receiving "Best in Clark County" award in 2015 from The Columbian newspaper readers and "Best in Business" in 2019 from the Vancouver Business Journal. Columbia Veterinary Center is seeking a full or part time Veterinarian with schedule flexibility to add to our team oriented and progressive small animal practice in Vancouver. We offer in house blood work and urinalysis, high speed dental equipment, digital dental x-ray, digital radiology, CTS-DUO Companion laser, GE LOGIQ V, 8C-RS Ultrasound, Cornerstone software, a wide array of cases, steady growth, a fantastic client base, and a skilled support staff including 4 LVTs. We strive to provide the highest quality medicine, surgery and dentistry for our patients while respecting the needs of our clients and honoring the human-animal bond in a supportive and fun atmosphere. New veterinary center opening Fall 2021 behind current location that will have double SX and double dental suite. Must have great client and team communication skills or a strong desire to build them. Must be able to display compassion and empathy. Must have a desire for professional and personal growth. Must be able to get down on floor with dogs and cats as needed to provide exams. Must be able to verbalize exam info to assistant/scribe in exam room. Must be able to communicate with clients over the phone until there is a COVID-19 vaccine in wide use. Must be able to wear a mask for long periods to conform to CDC and AVMA pandemic guidelines. Must be able to arrive to and be ready to work at shift start. Must be able to work all hours all days clinic is open. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Must have WA state DVM license or be able to secure.

Additional Salary Information: Reimburse DEA, WA license. Alternate years outside area CE partial expense reimbursement. Relocation assistance negotiable. Health Insurance. Combined PTO/sick time 105 hours to start (based on full time), accumulate at 5 additional hours per year service.
